Can I volunteer at The Goods Depot?
From warehouse support workers to volunteer delivery drivers, to admin support, we are always pleased to hear from people who may have some time to spare and some skills to offer! Will the goods come with a warranty?
Many of our white goods do come with a 6 month warranty at time of your purchase.
Will you be selling items online?
Although we do not currently provide an online retail service, this will be available in the future.
Where do items sold by The Goods Depot come from?
We currently purchase items from WEEE* Recyclers and providers of reuse appliances. All the items we provide are of Silver or Gold Grade, which is the highest standard of reconditioned goods.

Do you remove old items from households?
Unfortunately, at present, we do not offer a removal service. (Items are supplied and fitted upon delivery).
Can I donate my old white goods to The Goods Depot?
To maintain the high standards of the items we provide to clients and due to the associated logistical and operations issues, we are currently unable to accept donations of unwanted white goods. This may change in the future. Thanks for thinking of us!
How was The Goods Depot Established?
The Goods Depot was supported by The Big Potential programme – a Big Lottery Fund programme helps eligible VCSE organisations to improve their sustainability, capacity and scale in order that they may deliver greater social impact. The Big Lottery Fund is the largest distributor of National Lottery good cause funding and is responsible for giving out 40% of the money raised for good causes by the National Lottery.
